How Can severe Vomiting Along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
starting vomiting last night - smelly with loads of cottage cheese substance init Constance watery foul smelling runs every 10 mins only slowing down around 1 hour ago -[16 hours ] very sharp stomach pains felt like i was being stabbed center of stomach and down right side feel very faint do i need a doctor or just keep fluids up as it seams to be subsiding asking due to this being the second time in the last month Ellen

I don't know much about your past medical history but since its the second time of these episodes in a month, I think that you need to see a doctor and to do some blood tests and some other examinations like an abdominal sonography and probably a fibrogastroscophy.
